one week old

this is my sprout its only one week old. what do you guys think? think it looks healthy? i just watered it so thats why it looks shiny.

i have no idea what im doin with lights, but unfortunately i am forced to use MG moisture control. for lights actually i have 3 cfl i think they are 100w each and 1 other smaller cfl but im not sure on how many watts it is. this is just one of my 5 that sprouted.
