The loss of a fellow stoner

At around 6:00 p.m. yesterday, my close friend Adam comitted suicide. Ive never dealt with death in my life, ive never lost anyone close to me, and i cant stop thinking of him. He had left his new Papa Roach cd at my house a couple weeks before and i never bothered to listen to it(never been a big fan). But today i remembered i had it, i put it in rotation and burnt a big fatty bowl in his memory. the cd kinda scared me because it seemed like Adam had written the words and Jacoby was singing them. It explained his life in great detail. And i dont wanna hear anyone saying that they think he is stupid for what he did, only he knows why he did it.

When you are always falling in holes, one day you will fall in the hole your friend was in. Luckily I somehow got out of it, and I understand suicide completely now. You can never judge someone who has taken their own life because if you are then you obviously don't know how utterly scary of a situation being there can be, and how all perception of reality is gone save for the tiny voice you still have left yelling at yourself "why won't this end. why won't this end. why won't this end. how can i make this end. nothing i've ever done has ever helped....why won't this end..."

I'm gonna blaze my last bit of weed just for him...I definatley know what feeling suicidal thoughts/attempts are like and I can just say I don't think its the answer...But try not to linger on it to much and make sure to keep the memory of him alive(that kinda sounds like an oxymoron...infact I think it is) anyways sucks to lose another stoner.

Shit man, I'm really sorry to here that. I've never been seriously suicidal, but there have been a few times where I could see it happening, and theres not much worse than that feeling.

I'm sorry you lost your friend. Just try and remember that what ever he was going through is over now for him. He doesnt have to feel the pain that pushed him to do it. I've been where he was, and its one of the scariest things anyone can deal with. I'll be smoking one for Adam tonight.

One of my good friends attempted suicide a couple times. I'm so glad she made it past that point, because things got a lot better for her. If anyone ever feels like that, remember that things will get better. And people need to realize that if they feel like that, their true friends will be more than willing to talk to them.

I'm really sorry to hear about your friend. But, he's in a better place, smoking better herb.
