i'm hoping for to males to clear up space. i'm so excited. this will be my cherry buster. i use 11-35-15 better grow orchid booster. with traces of magnesium, boron, copper, iron, maganese, molybdenum, and zinc. any one think this is good or can tell me something else to use before i fert. ps how do forum users put their personal disclaimer at the bottom of a post?

Go to "User CP" near the top of this page to change your settings. The nutes you have are a good flower ratio, with lots of minerals for the roots, which I'm not sure is a priority once you start flowering.

When growing from seed, you shouldn't flower before they show signs of sexual maturity, else you'll just be vegging in 12 hours of sun. Flowering whenever you want is for sexually mature clones.

yeah, mine was bag seed. how do i tell if they're ready? do i wait until i see a preflower? i thought cutting them back to 12/12. forced them to flower because it mimicks the changing season.

From what I've seen, flowering seedlings before they show any signs of sexual maturity takes a couple of weeks, which is a couple of weeks of growing under several hours less of light. They'll reach maturity during veg without switching to 12/12. Thats when you should flower them.

what size is this grow area?

i would tranplant and flower now, if you wait they just get bigger and bigger to the point you run out of room, a flowering plant will double if not triple in size in just 3 weeks so if room is a issue you better flower now.

you could wait for preflowers but again your wasting light on males and males will usually show sex first within 1-2 weeks into flower, like i said flower now and weed out the males and if you have tons of extra room left switch them back to 18/6 for a few more weeks than you can flower.

the choice is yours

without even enlarging the pictures, I can tell the last two pics are females. Good luck.
