So yeah, so much has happened since I used to message here...for those of you who don't know of me at all, I'm Jadeius, the lil gay guy that made it possible for people to come out on this website (lol) ... I do now have a myspace with my music on it that I create and lots of interesting things and pics and blog and all that good stuff:
www.myspace.com/jadeiusthevndead (http://www.myspace.com/jadeiusthevndead)
I'm very musically inclined, and I enjoy the bit of green thumb I do have.
OK, now, for any of you who might remember me, I've gone into remission to deal with "life." We all do that from time to time. I got REALLY busy with school, but finally graduated with my Mechanical Engineering Technology associates degree...which has gotten me NOWHERE except a 3 month temp contract last summer, which was a pretty cool job, drawing machine parts in 3D software...well anyways, in the process of getting through school, I found out that I have HIV, which is unfortunate, but I need no pity or anything because it has inadvertently been a good thing for me....it's slowed me down on the drinking, made me take better care of myself, etc. And now I have a REALLY good excuse to smoke pot because of the lack of appetite I have sometimes. I'm on a HOST of meds...4 Kaletra's per day, 1 Truvada, 1 celexa, 2 klonopins, tons of immodium, vitamins, Nexium for the reflux, dramamine if i get nauseated, and i do the herbal remedies also to manage side effects, like ginger tea and peppermint, nutmeg for diarrhea, all that good stuff...i always enjoy a good learning experience, and this has been quite a journey, but after dealing with it for a year and a half and going through some really harsh drugs initially for the HIV, I think I've finally stabilized enough to live a normal life...YAAYYY ME! Anyways, point being, use protection people! But if you do unfortunately end up with the dreaded HIV, then DO KNOW that it's no longer a death sentence and that it's totally manageable, and I can live day to day like a normal healthy person (as long as I stay away from the binge drinking!)
I started out using Sustiva as part of my HIV regimen; my other half is still taking it and he says it's like a bad acid trip that you can never come down from....that drug REALLY made me crazy...so that might be a good one for some of you experimental folks to try out, some people get euporia from it and good side effects, but most people have WICKED ASS nightmares, which I still have despite the fact that I took Sustiva out of the equation...I still have panic attacks from it too, which is why I still am a slave to the klonopin, I've started to like it almost more than weed....*plz don't crucify me, i really do need that drug!!*
Anyways, other than that, just been chillin, my husband does all the hard work, the government pays for my expensive meds, and I'm just being idle and restful for the time being, making my music slowly but surely...
AIIIGHT, well I think that about sums up where I've been the last year or so... CHECK OUT MY MYSPACE AND MY MUSIC THERE PLZ!!!! LEAVE RATINGS AND COMMENTS IN INTERNET EXPLORER IF YOU'D LIKE, rate/comment doesn't work in Firefox for some odd reason...THANX 4 LISTENING!! Glad to be back chatting!
