If you all ready know i posted someshit that happened where we had to throw the weed under the cop car and shit in the "crazy encounter thread" that i posted a couple days back.

Well today me and a couple of friends where smoking in this neighborhood behind mine( its like right behind us, well we where smoking a blunt behind this fence in that neighborhood and then we over hear these two ladies who where walking there dogs say do you smell smoke? and then we see both of them with a cellphone walking towards us so we ran off in our neighborhood and finish smoking walking around. so we finish and then we spark a cigg and walk slowly threw our neighborhood. right when we finish the cigg i glance back and i saw a cop riding towards our direction so i said cops( but theres been alot of houses broken into in my neighborhood in the past couple of days so we thought the cop was just patroling or something) As soon as the car gets next to us he stopped and put the car in park. He gets out and says where were we comming from we said a friends then he said where we in the other neighborhood we said no then he said what if i told you we had yall on tape smoking behind a fence in the other neighborhood and we all where like on tape? he then states a two ladies called him and showed him the video. ( i was thinking who the fuck in there right mind would record people smoking weed and snitch on then with fucking video proof) so then he searched the friend with the cigs and said dont you have to be 18 to smoke and buy ciggeretes. then he called me over by him and told my other friend to stand on the side. he then asked me if i had anything on me and i was like yeah a blunt( i had a ciggaralo but no weed) and he was like you smoke dope i was like yeah and he was like you got any on me i said no. after searched me he put the blunt on the car and searched my other friend, after that he was joking about the lady who recorded us and then once he said we can go he gave me the blunt back and said i dont know why im giving this to you but you need to stop. and then he said to stop going to the other neighborhood for a while.

But it was crazy because all three of us are 16 and he let us keep our cigs and the blunt. After the shit that happened a couple of days ago its like damn all this keeps happening where it seems like i keep getting close to being locked up, i mean couldnt they have done something to us for being underage? but w.e. he was a pretty cool cop

Cool story man. But I actually knew a lady that recorded ppl smoking weed and called the cops. like there was this park were near were I lived were we would go and smoke and shit and anyways on the way to the park I see like 4 kids walking out of the park and I go and sit down on the swing and then all of a sudden a cop car pulls up and the cop walks over to me and asks me did you see 4 kids smoking weed in this park earlier? and I said no and the cop said well there is a lady who called and she showed us the tape of kids smoking weed near her house which the park was near her house. Anyways no one got caught but that lady really had shit stuck up her ass. Like eveyr time me and my friend went outside to blaze I would see her eyes poking out the window and then the lights turn on as soon as she sees me and shit. This lady had fucking cameras like on eveyr side of her house and was always asking me questions and shit... it was weird. I am glad I dont live near her any more. She was like sorta and old scary looking lady too and was always an instant paranoia walking near her house high...

even tho im young it doesnt mean im not on my feet about stuff. When im high as fuck im smooth with everything, Ive been only smoking for about a year and a half but have been smoking everyday of this past year and a half. If i had anything illegal i would of ran right when i saw the cop way down the street and made my way home ( ive been living in the same neighborhood for my whole life so i would of known where to run like every little short cut) but since i didnt have anything we all just played it cool. But i see where you comming from but it seems like the only reason ive been getting into some shit with cops becuase my neighborhood is getting hot because of all these break- ins.

but from today on im stopping all this idont give a fuck where i smoke at becuase one of my friends or me ussually has weed on us so i already know if i keep not giving a fuck the cops are gonna keep popping up when i dont exspect it

yeah i see where ya'll are comming from but out of all my friends im the one that people follow behind when in danger becuase im always on point( that might seem crazy but im the fastest out of all my friends so when ever we see a cop they always ask o shit are you about to run? and they wont run until i run or whenever a adult talks to us or if we have to lie they follow behind my lie and shit. and im always the one who talks to the cops if we get stopped. but yeah im defiantly am gonna stop walking around smoking likes it legal becuase theres been way to many close calls in just the past 2 weeks

I dunno if I'm 100%, but even though it kinda doesn't make too much sense, I think you can possess tobacco at 16, but can't purchase until 18. Sometime like that I think. But, either way, no cop would ever do anything about tobacco lol...even if you were like 10.

And I know you're young now, so you're going to attract attention no matter what you do...but running is just asking for trouble. Being smooth would be not batting an eyelash and just lowering the blunt for a second.

But you know what, I'm really impressed with your honestly about saying you smoke. I've gotten out of SO many bad situation by just being honest. And when I wasn't being honest, I would still be able to look a cop in the eye and lie as if it were true. Trust me, I've gotten off of a few possible felonies by just being calm and collective, honest, and respectable...some situations with other things that were not Class D like weed.

yea see i know when to lie and i know when its time to tell the truth. but when i told him i smoked its like i had to though becuase my other friends said they didnt mess with that stuff so you know how does it look everyone saying they dont smoke but gots a pack of blunts with only one left so i kinda knew i had to say i smoked dope when he asked me( its not like i had anything on me so i wasnt to worried about it)
