Ok, i always been subscribed to the threads i post in - but now im getting the emails and it's doing my canister in - and im stoned and confused - so someone tell me how to un do it all so i never get an email again please. Much appreciated.

i get that aswell fucking junk mail like 50 emails a day advertising stuff to sell its annoying as fuck!
