1st Grow, 5 weeks flowering

This is my first grow, its bagseed. Im growing in a converted dresser under cfls. These have been flowering for about 5 weeks. I also posted this is the grow lounge...hopefully thats ok.
How do they look?

I have 3 40w cfls. and 40 40w flourescent tubes on the sides for side lighting...so thats 280w total i guess. but i hear that cfl is more efficient or something.

More efficient for power saving. I think you should have went ahead and invested in a HPS. At least 250.
