Need some help

Hey

I'm new to the forums and all, but i really want to grow some home grown but i have a few questions:

I'm from the UK so...

Where is a good place to buy lights? Also for one or two plants what lights
should i use? I want to do this for personal use and as cheaply as possible.

I mean i don't mind spending the money as its a good investment and i know
if grown correctly a single plant can yield up to about an once? If i am correct?

With the correct growing equipment you can get alot more than one ounce off one plant. I get between 2-3 oz per plant and a good friend of mine uses huge amounts of lighting for his few plants and can pull 10 oz or so off a single female.

I'm from like Cheshire area lol, not being too specific :P lol

I want to grow only one or two plants and my grow area? well i mite build like
a special box to put them in lol, all the effort will be worth it :D
