I dunno man, that doesn't sound like a jersey accent to me. I was born and raised (for half my life) in the HEART of jersey..trenton..I know what a jersey accent sounds like. I mean, it's slightly jersey, but that's way more new yorker. Or a jewish new jersian or VERY italian..

Only people from brooklyn say "Joisey", no one in Jersey actually says that.

I would say Hudson County/NYC accent, but only by people who are 100% Italian or just want to act Italian.
