Busted for growing, are others responcible?

What would happen to someone who was living with you if you got busted for growing? The person never knew. The grower takes full responcibility?

Do people who grow in an apt/condo/etc lease or someone's home endanger those who live with em? If so, what kind of penalties could be processed?

Let me tell you a little story and I will try to make it short. My nephew who got busted for coke turned me in and tried to buy from me to get out of his charge. I would not sell. I only grew alittle for family and cancer friend. He was the only other sole that saw my grow room in my shed. Since he saw it he turned me in any way to help hiself get out of coke charge but ended up busting the coke dearlers too cause I did not sell to him. They waited till I told my nephew I would harvest and came the day before harvest. When I opened my door the cops said they could smell it. I said smell what. Cops said pot. I was drying a few buds in a locked closet. That gave them the right to search without a warrant, which they had any way. If some one sees drugs in your house that's a warrant for cops or if some one buys from you that's a warrant. Those are the two ways they get warrants. Well I sat down on my porch and said how are we going to deal with this. My wife and 12 year old son inside with no idea what was going on or what I had done, growing that is. Cops said I could copperate or they would bust me, my wife and hold my son at juvy for a few months till he was 13 and charge him too. What choice did I have. I made a deal. If they let my wife and boy go to her mothers they would only get me and I would copperate. Wife and boy left and they searched without showing me the warrant, that my lawyer saw my nephews name on later. So yes even if they don't know but live with you they can be charged with the same thing you are charged with. Often a good lawyer can get them off but they still go to jail with you till bail is made. SO it was over 6 months to go to court and make a plea bargain for intent to sell and deliver. 8 to 12 months jail, long poss from judge and suspended. 2 year probation and I had a clean record till now. Been on probation for about 3 months now. My nickname says it all. I had to change it from what it was on here Be careful what you do and the peeps around you. You have no real rights. So 20 thousand and lost growing equipment later my wife hardly talks to me. She is my whole world and will not leave because of my son. May be when he is gone she will.

So when they let me off probation , maybe early I'm California dreaming. Going there to be a leagle med grower. I will take what I got in trouble for and turn it in to a million dollars in a year or so. Eastcoast laws suck. Se ya in Cali

If I were growing or anything of that nature (which I definately am not, and am not and will not consider it) I would keep my lips sealed. I wouldn't tell my family, friends, or anyone. I feel bad for you LOC NAR, it sucks that your own blood turned you in =( In this world you can't trust anyone, it sucks.

Heed Zohar's words. I fucked up for 5 minutes to family I thought I could trust. Most all my friends are dead or gone from where I live. Just wanted to brag and he would of got a big bag for the holidays.
