Led lights, any good?

I was wondering if led lights would help any with my grow. I have a 600 watt MH/HPS light and a tight space. I am going to have around 25-30 plants in a 3'x3' space so do you think that the leds would help below the canopy?

Also, does anyone know what the best ozone generator is?

yeap hi power leds do work! but the high power leds arecurrently quite expensive to buy. theres a indepth thred about it in this indoor section. if u do a search you should find it! :)

Leds are way too expensive right now go with CFLs for veg and bloom with your 600 hps.Or CFLs and buy a 1000 watt hps
