if weed helps blood flow,, would it help with blood clots???

it came to my mind after watching a commercial for some blood clot medication

even if it did, i think it would still be not too great because it could clog a blood vessel if it became free floating, or whatever you wanna call it.

It helps blood flow because it dilates vessels (after an initial period of construction, generally, but that depends on the cannabis strain), Originalblu. It wouldn't really help prevent blood clots because it doesn't affect the blood platelets or the coagulation of blood. In fact, there's some indication that cannabis may have a mild pro-coagulant effect, which might actually slightly increase a tendency to clot in some people.
