A adult cartoon about a man that has a abnormality. He has a real penis on his arm as some kind of freak disease. He is totally different then everyone else but in hilarious skits you see him trying to fit in with general society. In outrageous scenes like he's in a crowded subway when a womans arm keeps rubbing it giving it a massive erection where everyone freaks out. Or accidentley putting his dick in the fruit punch bowl at the company picnic. Wow!
