Nice one girlie!Nice 1.Great to hear.Seems a lota judges are a little more open minded these days.Although there are a few "drugs are drugs " judges and would sooner send you down no matter what. The last time I was up there was an ol school friend of mine up for 50 euro wortha soapadope the whole court started laughin evenit it was his 7 the judge start givin the copper grief for wastin court time.At this point the copper advised the judge of his previous possession and supply charges to which the judge replyed" even it was his 7th time in front of the court for "simple possession" he would not be going to prison".I thought I was hearing things but sure enough thats what he said.

I tell you Kongo this was the jolliest judge I ever saw. :) He was telling everyone to go off in to the sunshine :) Maybe he'd had a lil smoke before hand...:)

That's great news rasta,, it's about time some of the judiciary have
open minds,, and dont all live in a world away from reality...
Fcukers still got your yoyo's and plants,, but at least now it can
be put where it belongs,, in the past...
Peace. . . .

we have a new judge up here in Donegal, only came in about 2months ago and he's strict as fuck, ordered 2 guys to pay 3000euro each to a charity for possession of 10euros worth.

Holy sh1t!!! That's a hefty price to pay for a few grams. . . .
Cant imagine what he'd do if he caught someone with an oz or two...
Just as i thought some of them were coming into the Real world...
Peace. . . .
your a lucky woman rasta, I'll definitely remember to get the name of the judge off you if i'm ever caught with possession. And i'll get the name of that other judge off you moshmonkey to make sure i never go infront of him hahaha
I've never had any trouble with the law and have a medical user in my house that has cut down on serious medications because of using cannabis so i'd say if i did get caught id have a great case.
And judges and polititians will take a LONG time to cop on at least another full generation, because to become a judge or especially a politition you have to be a certain type of arsehole to go up the ranks :)
Sure he probably doesn't know a how much a gram of grass is. Proabably thinks its enough to supply haha and unless you can do a jesus job on it with the loaf and fish , a gram won't go far :)
