dull green foliage

ive got a little problem that i cant seem to find an answer for around here. maybe i just have an inaccurate description for a common problem. everything seems normal on my plants except the foliage is dull green. it looks "ashy" like they need lotion. a friend told me its because the oscillating fan was blowing directly on them but it doesnt look like wind burn. pics dont really do it justice so i havent included any. any ideas?

Does ur leave look like this if so its a ph problem to high or to low ph.be safe the postman if that isnt the prob have a look at this link and see if you can self diagnose the prob. best of luck .the postman.
