I don't think so, I was in a similar situation where I found some harder drugs in the woods I grabbed them and tried to find any buyers. I ended up meeting a very angry dealer, he wasn't such a bad guy though I gave it all back and it was cool. Never do I want to be in a similar situation though, scared at night, sleeping next to my paintball gun filled with marbles :p

i'd bring it to the police station to see if anyone would like to claim it it. haha. hell no, i'd inspect it once i got it home and if it's dank then smoke it but if it's 30's then i'd sell it.

At the college that I used to go to I would smoke for free a lot of the time because people would ditch sacks out of their window when they got paranoid. I would just walk around the back side of the dorm buildings and look for plastic bags. I always had a trash bag with me with some trash in it, so if someone asked what I was doing I had a cover.

i really dont understand how that would be illegal... i mean seriously, tehre's an episode of cops on right now, where htey put a bike there for anyone to take, and bust whoever does... if leaving a bag of drugs on the ground and waiting for anyone to take it so they can bust them would be entrapment, then so would the bike sting....
