View Full Version : Does bush want Iran too?

I can faintly recall bush having said both of these statements..."In order to secure Iran, we must first secure Iraq." as well as.."In order to secure Iraq, we must first secure Iran." For a while now in my opinion, he's just been waiting for the proper thing to happen as an excuse to invade Iran. Seems that what Iran has done is 'inexusable' to bush, I think it will happen soon. With an already weakened army, we won't stand a chance in another war...I would be among the first ones called up for the draft when it's initiated..That's what will happen if we invade another country and start more shit. That's when I gladly say fuck this shit and move to canada...To die for my country is one thing, to die for Iraq is another...:( :wtf:

bush doesn't want anything, he's a compromised puppet...he'll do what he's told and carry out the globalist agenda for the country, and the next president will take over and further the globalist agenda for the country...
that agenda appears to be: de-industrialize the country, eliminate the middle class, use an inflating fiat currency and unconstitutional direct/unapportioned tax to seize property and wealth, beef up a domestic police/surveillance state, create a North American Union with one currency to eventually merge with the EU, use the US military to colonize and incorporate all countries under global government (dictatorship) under a UN declaration of human rights...which says the government grants you rights, rights aren't inherent, but can be taken away...so you have no rights.
there's more...but who has the time...
so the plan is to go into Iran, but it has little to do with what bush wants...

I think you have it about right. Did you get to see the speech Bush made today on the White House lawn, The Devil (Cheney) was behind a shrub sneering at him. It's like he is a robot and Cheney controls his speech. At every speech he's made to the American people, Cheney is lurking. There is the real evil, Cheney and Rove. Spokesmen for the corporations personified.

We don't have the troops over there to support a war with Iran. So I'm gonna say no, we wont use military force unless we are provoked first. As is now are troops have extended tours, shortened rest period, and thrown back in with who knows what mental conditions. And even if something went down, I would assume the confrontation would be limited like the US/Iran shootout last fall.. No point in planning a war when all you have are chiefs with no indians.

I watched the last ten or fifteen minutes of it..I got mostly what I have from bush's speeches for the last several months now...'Americans, if we are not at war in Iraq, we will be attacked'

If a conflict is started, the state of our army and soldiers means nothing...we're going to have to fight it..how many young men in America are turning 18 in the next month? probably a lot. that's a nice start.

I believe Bush WANTS to attack Iran.
Realistically, he can't. We don't have the resources, nor does Bush have the majority of congress. It won't happen.

Bush wants Iran and he will find an excuse to attack just like he lied to get into a fight with Iraq.Human life means nothing to this man and if he has to start a draft he will.He is just waiting for Iran to fuck up or he will do a false flag operation and blame Iran then attack. This administration wants power and nothing more.If a war happens with Iran expect him to declare martial law then he will be dictator for life............have a good one

Rome fell from spreading themselves too thin and corruption from the inside...
Could this be the start of that???
We have the corruption and were already spread about as thin as we can get.

thing about iran is its a proper country with a proper army, navy and airforce that can cause a world of pain to anyone who tries to invade, even the once mighty america.just a few months ago they tested one of their new toys, an anti-ship missile faster than anything we have in the west. we're talkin iraq death toll times 30 at least, even then their good friends russia and china might take umbrage at said invasion and start supplying them with even more serious weaponry. it just wouldnt be worth it, in any sense of the word

I wouldn't doubt Bush wants Iran. Probably for the same reason he wanted Iraq. Not for oil or money though, for something far simpler. He wants it for his ego. Bush knew coming into this job that he was going to fail. So, he wanted that one shining start to hang above his presidency. He figured he'd have it with Iraq. Sure, he may have done nothing domestically, but he would go down in history as the guy who took out Saddam and turned Iraq into a happy, peaceful, Mid East democracy. We all know how badly that fantasy has turned out so now he's looking for that next potential star. "Iran??? Hmmm. Maybe..."
Not likely to happen though. Not unless Iran does something so stupid that we would all agree that they need to be taken down. And when I saw "we all" I mean the rest of the world too. There's no way the Dems would let him go play soldier in another desert. Doubtful his own party would let him at this point. My guess is that if Bush were to try and pull the "I'm The President so I make the decisions" bit again he'd be standing on the side of Pennsylvania Ave, trying to hitch a ride back to Texas, faster tha you could say "impeachment".

I'm sure that's what Bush wants to think. My sincerest hope, however, is that the next time that idiot wants to go "fight terrorism" people are going to ask a whole lot more questions then they did last time. False claims of WMD's and reported links to Al Queada are going to be looked at a little more carefully.

Iran funds hezbollah not to mention that the majority of the IEDs that are in Iraq right now have the fingerprint of Tehran on them. But hey.........that can all be overlooked until we get a Democrat for prez. LMAO!

Nice mix of news sources Grow, although I do suspect a couple are a bit biased. Got to work on that ;)
But yeah, "only a true bushie would fall for it twice". I actually think Iran should be considered a potential threat, however. I'm not saying we should send the troops but the world should keep them on a pretty short leash. But now it's a classic case of the boy who cried wolf. After lieing about Iraq, and the resulting debacle, folks aren't going to be so quick to listen to Dubya's claims about Iran, true or not (not saying they are, just saying).

The same France that bailed on us in the beginning of Vietnam, the same France that had 15,000 troops on the ground in Rwanda and gave safe escape to the perpetrators, the same France that was neck deep with Saddam in defience of U.N. resolutions. And what about Albania?? ANOTHER war lost.......

Q: Why do the French use a lot of bleach on their sheets?
A: So you can see their white flags better.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Going to war without the French is like going hunting without an accordion.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The French are to warfare what the British are to cooking.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Donald Rumsfeld was being heckled by a French anti-war weenie when he suddenly turned and asked the Frenchman:
"Excuse me. Do you speak German?" The Frenchman replied "No." Rumsfeld looked him in the eyes and said "You're welcome."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: How did the French react to German reunification?
A: They put up speed bumps at the borders to slow down the panzers.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A man askes his companion, "What's the most common French expression"? His friend scratches his head, shrugs his shoulders and replies, "I give up!"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: Why is it good to be French?
A: You can surrender at the beginning of the war, and US will win it for you.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What is the French battle flag?
A: It is three white fleur-de-lies on a white background.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: Why do Frenchmen always wear yellow ties?
A: To match their teeth.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What's the best place to hide your money?
A: Under a Frenchman's soap.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A: What do you get if you see a Frenchman up to his neck in sand?
Q: More sand.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What did the Mayor of Paris say to the German Army as they entered?
A: Table for one hundred thousand, sir?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: How can you tell if a Frenchman has been in your back yard?
A: Your garbage is gone and your dog is pregnant.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What do you do if you drive over a Frenchman?
A: Reverse!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: Did you hear about the Frenchman who lost his license to practice medicine?
A: He was caught having sex with some of his patients. It's a shame, he was the best veternnarian in town!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: How do you stop a French tank?
A: Shoot the guy that's pushing it.
Sorry, couldn't resist

LOL, that's true. And you know what funding the Mujahideen means don't you? It means we helped fund Osama Bin Laden  So, by P4B's and Dubya's logic we shouldn't be looking at an invasion of Iran anytime soon, we should be looking at invading somewhere much closer.
