red stems that hold the fan leaves? any one

im growing ice plant i got the cuttings off a good friend of mine that had kept the cuttings growing for 3 weeks i then left them a day and planted 10 in 10 litre pots with a mix of canna coco and 1kg of bat guano there under a 400w light that is about 15inches away from them there on 12/12 also do i use nutriants with the bat guano and coco canna i have been told to just water them once a day untill ripe iv also got 10 females in a wilma 10 pot dripper system under a 400w light the pump comes on for 15min every 3 houre is this good for the plant im useing GREEN DREAM nutriant, is what im doing good for my girls or am i slowly killing them any tips would usefull in my 20 planter grow many thanks west wales crew

Watering them everyday is probably too much. Either water them when the top two inches of soil are dry or let them dry out and then feel how much the pots weigh and water whenever the pots get down to that weight.
