A few questions

Hi guys and gals,

I am a new b from the uk and have a couple of questions,
1.. veging. is it better to go 24/0 or have a dark period.
2.. recomended veging time under 250 hps. (I am on my first grow and veged for 6 weeks.
3.. The 2 females I had from a batch of 5 have been flowering for 3 weeks 12/12. one of them has much more developed buds than the other, is this natural.

well I am also a newb, i'm taking my chances with one little bag seed i got. got it in my furnace room on 18/6. Use 18/6 for vegging, cause 24/0 is very unnatural. and the difference in the growth of buds is probably due to better genetics. Were they bag seed?

Hi sugarmagnolia,

The seeds were skunk from e bay, a bit of a risk I know but I wanted to make sure I could grow befor laying out real cash. I have some cali orange which I ordered from a dutch seed company but cant remember the name now. I will use them for my next grow.

As it turns out I have what I think is quite a lot of bud forming on one of the plants and the other is catching up slowly. Fingers crossed.
