View Full Version : Best way to gain weight?

Ok so the past couple months havent been so good, as I have been pretty sick and have gone from 165 pounds all the way down to 148 this morning. Btw I am 6ft.1 :wtf: I've tried eating fast food, ensure drinks, slim jims, ships, soda, etc. etc......Is there any type of suppliment(sp) I could purchase that has good results in gaining fat and muscle?

hahah sorry but i gotta say your lucky to be trying to gain weight, im sure half of america would wish they had your problem...

all jokes aside, i would just suggest eating alot more and working out and stuff, eating shit will add just that to your body, shit. well i dunno actually ive never really had the problem with not weighing enough, i would think just eat more and work out and exercise

I actually eat alot but the problem is that I have a very high metabolism :(

That's why I think a pill or like protein diet or something might be for me?

eat alot of angus beef, burgers, shit like that, alot of foods high in protein and carbs to give u energy to turn that into muscle

im doin this too im 5'6 and weighted 125lbs now i weight 140 in like 3 weeks im 17

all muscle baby :D

I did, Im 6ft3 and 154 lbs trying to gain weight to (very fast metabolsim) but if you follow what people are saying in this thread your gonna end up looking like blubber! lol i'd say you should go on a high carb + protein diet bout 8 small meals aday and lift as much weight as possible, You'll see gains very fast! why shovel loads of burgers into u and turn into a lard ass when you can shovel steak into you and gain get much healthier :p plus exercising is fun when your high :)

if you eat all those cheeseburgers and shit you will gain unhealthy weight,, you will fill in awkwerd on account of all the fat intake,, take creatine supplement,, just lift 2 time a week takin i tablespoon mixed with water each time,, go one week with it and one week with out,, you'll gain back the weight fast,, or if you dont wanna work out,, eat a mix between fish, lots of carbs, chicken , high protein shit.

fast food is stupid dont eat that at all. Eat tons of steaks, baked potatoes, boiled eggs stuff like that homie.

you could drink whey protien shakes. my boyfriend uses those to help build muscle. Oh man and you can make great smooties with them. Just put some milk, ice, some type of fruit, and peanut butter in there with 1 or 2 scoops of protien and you will have a fantastic drink that is full of healthy stuff.
