is a propogator any use

was in the garage and come across a brand new propogator will it be any use to a first time indoor grower ps it doesnt have any holes for drainage?????

propergators are good for your cuttings.
no good for growing your plants in.unless you like pansys.(nice plants)
do you think you cud grow 1 of these in your propergator.check uot pic
