Untrue. You could wake up with a hashover which is the best thing ever. I would sleep, it's great, when you wake up, you feel so much more refreshed. Sometimes the bud is so good, and you smoke so much, your too high to do anything but sleep.

I use it medically for insomnia as well as some other purposes.. Indica strains really best for this purpose..
