I love smoking outside on a nice sunny day. I live at a five way intersection with heavy traffic...doesn't bother me to smoke a blunt right outside my house. Or take a walk down the street. Marijuana being illegal is the last thing I'm worried about in life.

Theres a hill near my house, I'll go sit there with a few friends and blaze. Nothing special. It's just nice on a warm day.

I smoked a joint with a guy sitting on the steps right in front of the main library, in downtown San Francisco. I also smoked a joint while walking through downtown Santa Cruz.

Both Santa Cruz and San Francisco have essentially decriminalized marijuana, so it's not really a big deal.

Although it isn't technically a public location, I smoke cannabis in school bathrooms all the time. I don't mind being tardy for a class here and there if it means getting a nice bowl in. Such ventures are also why the lunch period is my favorite time of the day.

And a cop came from nowhere....and just ask if he could have a bit:P so we were like yea sure as long u dont arrest us..:) So he was happy n we were happy

lmfao i got a story like the one above! i was at a festival hitting my bong out in the open and my mates came along and i passed the bong to one of them and some lad comes up and whips out a garda (pig) badge and said something that i cant realy remeber my mates jaw just dropped because he only took one hit from the bong and thought he was after getting my bong and weed nicked by the pigs, but the next second the pig goes ur hitting it all wrong and took it off him and cleared it and handed it back to him haha was class the pig was my mates mate got realy fucked up with him after that and when we ran out of weed (doh i dont agree with nicking weed off people) he went around to anyone he seen smoking and took half there weed off them and brought it back to us lol was pretty handy :)

i got arrested while smoking in public in a town called Reading a couple of years ago...hadnt even made a joint when the old bill strolled around the corner...wasn't much i could do. Cunts pinched my weed and i spent a few hours sitting in a cell.

I see it was a stupid mistake, and one that should be avoided at all costs...especially in America, as all i got was a caution and the bastards took my DNA.

i made that one in a rush..but i was gonna say...me n my wife...went to tampa, fl for the hollo-scream crap or w/e....we walked into the park with a bottle of vodka and a few blunts...by the time the dinner was over and the scarying began we were fucking burn and wasted....good times =) good times...:jointsmile:

almost every night for a year i would roll a couple of fat j's, buy a 40 and just talk a nice long walk around my neighborhood(which was very nice). Man, those were the days....

me and my bro go to this bench at a little campsite thats along a coastal trail, we bust out the bubbler and take rips. when people walk by it takes them a minute atleast to get across the path so we play a game and hold in our hits until they leave. old grandmas are a bitch to play with haha

I've smoked all over the place, you can smoke in public if you know where cops suck and where they don't, how to look inconspicuous, and other details. I've smoked driving all over areas of Cinci, in a few parks around my area, walking down the street... you have to understand how noticeable you are and the psychology of how much people are going to be paying attention to you to get away with it every time :jointsmile:

Quite abit of my smoking is done in public haha
at bust stops, in front of the deppaneur(corner store)
at the park on the bleechers, on the steps outside my building
just the other day me and my boys rolled a nice fatty
and walked pass the mall and bars and shit puffin haha
was great..oh but one of the best times i had toking in public
is when me and a couple friends and some friends my friend knew
we climbed up on the roof of this elementary school and bun'd up there Lmao
was abit panicky when the thought of "how am i gonna get down" kicked in..
and apprently we got caught on camera too but nuthin has happened :p

i used to smoke behind the taco bell near my school and eat a bunch of shit after...my friends and i used to smoke alot next to this museum at this secluded table hidden by nice trees, and we'd go boxing every now and then. but now alot of kids are playing in our spot...

Bob's got it right. One thing to add though, is that the surest way to get busted smoking in public is to act like your doing something wrong. Take smoking in a park for example, your far more likely to get busted by hiding behind some bushes than by just sitting on a park bench smoking a joint. From a distance, nobody's going to think twice about someone sitting there smoking what looks like a cigarette, but when they get a glimpse of a couple of people cowering behind the trees their first thought is "what are they up to?".

i was with my bro, we were playing disk golf and asked if i wanted to smoke, i thought he meant after so im like sure why the fuck not, he like always gets me high heheh. So we are playign and im doing bad as hell, so we stop they sit on a log on the ground and im like WTf are we doing, fucking pull out a join and a wood thing that you put at the end of the joint so u dont burn ur fingers when it gets to a small roach, then half way thru the shit another joints pulled out and fired up. So after two joints im feeling pretty good.

Another time that wasnt in public, i was babysittin my bros kid and he gives me some fucking vodka and goes to the club, he gets back and pulls out the bottle of vodka that i almost finished (just a fifth) and finishes that and then him roommate pulls out a bottle of canadian whiskey, taste really bad but fuck it i drank a few shots, and my brothers friend whos like 19 stops drinking so i made fun of him and he pulls out an ounce or so, rolls a blunt and we finish that, and it was a school night, i skipped the next day and my brother almost got fired because he didnt go to work. FUN FUN FUN

well...i was just recently this year at a chilly peppers concert....shit...may....i think 90% of the ppl there were smoking joints the whole time...hahaha! and as far as school went...my highschool had this place in the back...where the the bus drop was...that was made by the principle to smoke cigiretes...but ofcourse..u know it...everyone there and the security would get riped with us too!...good times....n oh...ive brought out my bowl in colloge...and just started hitting it in the court yard b4 class....=) ...met alot of fellow stoners that way

Man i blaze literally everywhere. My favorite thing to do is to go down town Toronto and we have this really sick parking garage, we go to the top, blaze a nice blunt/spliff, take some bong rips and take in the scenery on a nice sunny day.

I blaze up a good 70 percent of the places i go if that clears anything up, so theres pretty much too many places to list.

I've done it everywhere.

The skatepark.
In A public park on a bench out in the open.
Near a levie that has been turned into a half pipe.
In a cemetery (This can be very trippy. Especially at night.)
In front and inside school.
In front of my house
Walking down my street...
In front of my mall...
I blazed a J in a bar once lol.

And a ton of other places I can't think of...

But yeah... I'll blaze anywhere. Getting caught is the last thing on my mind. Hell, in Little Five points I was walking down the street with a J in my hand. As I was blowing out my hit I said hello to a cop. :D (But I did get the hell on...)

Where I live tons of people smoke in public, hell before all the big drug busts last summer people use to walk down the main street in the middle of the day and smoke up! I'm not that brave i just smoke in alleyways, but in all honesty, roll a joint at your home, and go for a walk, no cop is going to bust your ass for one joint?..worst case scenario you see the cops you throw away that one joint. but at least here the cops have bigger fish to fry then one guy/girl smokin a joint...In the summer time I will got the beach during the day and smoke a joint if the beach is not too crowded and full of kids. People here are fairly laid back about pot, I love Nelson, BC :) fine place to live, but rent is not cheap here, Grrrr

here's mines:

my buddy and i were behind a law office smoking a joint/pipe (don't remember which), when we hear a car drive by the fence that was covering us up from the street. then we hear it pull over and turn off. then we hear a car door shut. we're both thinking "oh shit!" and then, when we hear footsteps coming towards us, we run our asses off and duck behind some old lady's garden fence. we then proceed to spend the next 15 minutes peeking over the fence at a car and two cops in a parking lot not too far away. then my friend realizes that he left his skateboard, so we step out from behind the fence to go get it. but when i look back at the parking lot, i saw that it was empty. there were no cops to begin with. it was all in our heads. fuck, we were baked.

and on more than one occassion, my other friend and i have baked out his car in the following situations:

1. kmart parking lot
2. mexican restaurant parking lot
3. target parking lot
4. longhorn parking lot
5. post office parking lot
6. taco bell drive thru
7. while stopped at a green light
8. courthouse parking lot (no shit)
9. gas station parking lot (while a cop was filling up. again, no bullshit.)

all of the above were performed in broad daylight during business hours.

before there were cars (youngins), we'd smoke anywhere...walkin up the street hittin a pipe, at parks (all the time), around the street corner and just about anywhere with some kind of wind deflecting wall. a few times, we'd stuff a prime time mini cigar while two others were smoking a normal one downtown where cops are everywhere on foot. oh yeah, you can smoke LEGALLY at the Denver capital park (in colorado, USA) april 20th. thousands of stoners smoke while cops just walk around.
