I really don't know what to do. I've got my grow area selected i think(INDOORS). I need to know what fans are for, how to dry & cure, and like a day-by-day regimen to do. I'm only good w/ directions when it's clearly spelled out. Also....i'm in US, in which its illegal to have MJ. There's got to be some way the US can tell if i'm buying seeds from canada or something..right? Any help would be appreciated.

noway to tell, well fans are for moving air, wich takes heat out, strenghthens stems, and gives the plants a better chance to process it. Dry, ty the main stems to a clothes hanger and hang it in a dry area for about 2 weeks or so, dark is recomended, but not neccesary. CUring, put buds in a sealed glass jar and open once a day for 2-5 min. 2 weeks minimum. Day by day, lights go on, lights go off. !8/6 for veg and 12/12 for flowering. Feed after the first 2 weeks with a low strength fert and water when the top inch of soil gets dry. Hope all this helps.

Thanks LLAMA! I also need to know about the seedbank thing. And also...I really need a better idea for a grow place. I've got about 4 unfinished attic spaces (way to cold and no electrical outlets) I could also use my closet but I'm really scared that it will start smelling up my room. Also...is there anyway to use flourescent lights through the whole life process b/c i really don't have any money for a HPS light.

its an attic you could ((if its your house and your REALLY REALLY want to)) cut a air vent and let it blow into the attic freely, close any unneeded vents in the house adn there ya go easy and safe as for the elc you could use a power cord from home depot cut a small hole in the ceiling ((in a closet or where no one can see it)) and get power like that, as for the smell most modern attics have something called emergance release system (ERS) its a big ass fan that sucks all the air from inside and blows it out, it was ment to slow down the rate a fire can travel. so if it starts to get rank just turn that one for a while : )

I have a fairly new house but it doesn't have the big fan you speak of. I DO think that it isn't very well insulate in there, you can actually see light where the ceiling meets the floor. And I don't completely understand the closet thing you're talking about. The thing I mainly need help with is finding a good spot that my parents won't find. Thanks for your help. Please respond.

LOL that sucks (about the fan) i live in texas USA so maybe that has something to do with it.but if you can see light between your roof and the walls then ventalation is the LEAST of your worries.

hmm no so good with hideing something as big as a weed plant where mom cant find it when she pickn up yer undies. this is my first time grow too,


i still think if your tryin to keep your buds in the attic all you whould have to do is well more or less go in the attic and kick a hole in the floor and run a extension cord from an outlet in your room ((hidden by your bed or other heavy objects that cant be moved very easy)) to the closet and up into the hole... tell me when your in the attic do you have to step on the boards or is there a wood floor?

I don't know if you know what i mean by attic space. When you go in my room. behind the door kinda...there's a small door that leads to a pretty good sized attic space. Not a very tall roof. It slants down w/ the roof. There are also 2 more of these, just much smaller, the smaller ones are maybe 7x7 floor space, but less head room. The attic space is pretty much on the other side of the wall of my room. My parent's hardly ever come upstairs in the first place. The only time is if one wants to take a shower up here, while the other takes one downstairs, or pulling holiday decorations out of 1or2 of a total of 6 attic space. (3 per room, 2 rooms). And i wanna grow inside anyway and its really cold in the attic space, about like outside....sooo...oh yeah...a little less than half of the big one is a wood floor, and the rest you have to walk across the boards. The smaller ones have a wooden floor. Matter of fact...i'll take a couple of pics if you'll be willing to help. And by the way...I'm from NC, nice to meet you and thanks for your help.

Hey Jdizzle im from Yadkinville N.C .Got lots of familey up there that grows in the tobacco feilds .Where R.J Renolds is (Big tobacco company i think lol).Brothers been telln me its been getting into the low 20's and snowin there.Well any ways id be glad to help a tarhill kid.Im still in the household of my parents also but my parents dont mind my growing in my closet.Been growin lil crops untill parents found out and said its ok .Now im growin some good bud.But if you need any help ill be here.Im not that experianced but i know the basic stuff and learned from 6 crops.If you wanna ideal how im growing my beuty plants heres a pic for you .Hope you get that lil ole cold problem delt with or you want have a crop.

I'm from around raleigh, just about 20 minutes away in the middle of ph*ckin nowhere. And my parents would probably kill me if they knew i grew. The inside is not cold, just the attic space. Maybe i should wait until it gets closer to spring/summer and grow inside w/ the florescents until they flower. I thought i heard they don't stink that bad until they start to flower, not sure though. I just want to get some practice in w/ cheap seeds first from a friends old bag o shwag. I really do hope you can help. I'm still tryin' to upload pics....

The one w/ the mess in it is the smaller one. I have more smaller ones and that was the easiest to access at the time. I have another that is down a short hall kinda thing in my room that is blocked by a recliner, so i could put it in there and never have to worry. They wouldn't get by it. Ok, respond soon plz. thats perfect easyest way i can see to get power would be to go in the closet with a screw driver and a coat hanger stab the celing with the driver. then work it around till the hole is big enough for the smallest side of the power cord. feed the coat hanger through the hole. go in the attic ((make sure you have the power cord)) and find the coat hanger. push the inslation to the side and drop the part of the cord you plug into the wall down the hole. go back to your room and plug in the cord. there ya go you have POWER!! and its as visable as some of the other ways.

That plant in the pic smelt so bad when it started growin its 11 point leaves.And then the last 4 days when it was in 12/12 i had to get insents deoderizer and all that stuff.Because my parents usally have alot of people over evry weekend.And my bedroom is on the 3rd floor and can smell my plant when you walk into the house.But it also depends on strain to.But with bag-seed you cant tell strain.So youll find out when it starts growing.Sorry m8 i only gtot Aol.

my attic is just like that. its about the size of the whole house sept the hatch to the attic is in my parents room. i found a 5ft by 5ft corner sealed off from the restof the attic. theres 3 big holes in the wall leading out side that were somthing for design when the house was made i put it in there. they stay in about 80 digrees in the day and 75 at night. i have 2 40watt florusent lights and mine are growing pretty fine. wut i did for power was i ran a cord from the lights under the fiber glass drilled a hole in my attic inbetween walls ranthe cord down and poked a lil hole in my room wall under my bed ran the cord under my carpet and pluged it in behind my computer in a taglement of wires. the set up is quite perfect. im gona by a nice like in 2 weeks after i transplant them. im going away for 4 days i was wondering if they would last with out me watering them but if not im gona have my friends water them.
