Hi there,

I was hoping someone could help me out with this plant of mine. Its about 3 weeks old, not too sure though got it from a friend. Anyways, the leaves are somewhat wilted and something that looks like little brown spots on the leaves. Im currently using sierra organics, multi mulch 20-20-20 soil. the Ph level is 6.5. Ive been watering every other day or whenever the soild gets pretty dry. Im not using anykind of fertilizer yet. So please

:( im using pretty much the best soil i could find. its called sierra organics, multi mulch 20-20-20 soil. as for my PH its 6.5. the brown spots on it, is that somekind of disease? should i get a differnt kind of soil? any suggestions on what type or should i just keep what i have and use fertilizer

So the soil has ferts in it. I'd Flush with plain water, test the runoff(it can't be 6.5, or it has a big hot spot); OR carefully Re-pot it with some different soil mixed in;(perferably with no ferts in it, since Mulched soils can be hot); OR kill it and start over (since you have only 1 and its on the edge).

I'd say it needs repotting....looks like a small pot, it may also be too much macro nutrients for it to handle 20-20-20 is pretty strong, you usually want more N than anything else while in veg....but i'd check the water pH too
