I know I tend to post here a lot about random problems I have, but this one is getting worse and worse. Basically my leg keeps going numb and then it hurts and twitches/kicks all around. And my feet keep getting the pins and needles feeling, but WAY more intense. I've noticed a lot of other areas of my body going numb frequently too, such as my back and shoulders. Is this something I should be worried about? Is cannabis effecting this? I ask if cannabis is effecting it because I think it has something to do with bloodpressure and maybe cannabis is doing something weird to mine. I have family history of diabetes and high blood pressure, and low haha.Anyone else have the same problem?

It happens to me once in a while. I know what you mean, it freezes, then you feel incredible pain, like you want to unstretch it. I don't know the reason it causes it, but I don't get it very often.

The human nervous system is an amazing thing. Try changing positions and sitting in a different way. You may be putting pressure on one of the nerves that goes to your leg and causing it to go numb somehow. Try, also, not to worry. If you've got arms and legs that are still receiving signals from your brain, I say you're ahead of the game!

your gonna die within 3 hrs...........jk but i get that feeling in my foot sometimes but it was because i broke both the lower bones in my leg and the bone was sticking through my skin so my foot was basically hanging off so thats why it happens

Maybe you have poor circulation, are you overweight? Even if that's not the case it would be a good idea to do some gradual cardiovascular excersize just to keep things flowing well.

NOt overweight but haven't been getting that much excercise lately. I use to work out kinda virgorously and now i've lowered it to a few minutes of light weights and some walk/jogging every other day. I was thinking maybe I am just putting pressure on it too. I don't think it's a serious problem but the pills they have me on always say about some crazy risk of getting diabetes and it runs in my family so I just wanted to make sure I didn't develop it or something. I'll take your advice Mrdevious and just start getting more excercise again. I think i'm gonna start getting up while i'm on the computer now too. I tend to do a lot of things here, homework, leisure time, watch tv,etc...Anyways more input is appreciated and if you get the same feeling be sure to post.
