Fan question!

Hi im new to growing and i was just wondering how ur supposed to connect a 9v or 12v computer fan to run outside of a computer?
What do i need to buy/connect..to start a computer fan?

edited to add: go to a thrift store, like Goodwill. Cheap adapters.
