hey everyone hows it going,im 3 weeks into flowering and using superthrive everytime i water, ive heard conflicting things like dont use it during flowering because it gives you airy buds, and others say to use it during flowering,I personally like it my plants are fat, also have heard too much will cause new leaves to become deformed,I have cut back on the use of it a little because a few of my new leaves grew out deformed, with little cuts in the leaves that look like someone cut it with scissors, have checked every plant like I have o.c.d and there is no infestation of pests at all,my light is at the right height(also heard that the light being too close will cause deformities),maybe too much nutes???just wondered if anyone had any input...thanks

Oh yeah also wanted to say that besides the few deformed leaves, the grow is going really well with no complications, thats the only problem could it be the superthrive???

LOL @ Tom. Run it under hot water.
I personally like Superthrive. One drop per gallon. All my plants like it including my regular ol' houseplants. Be prepared for your grow to stink to high heaven though. It could be a coincidence, but since I've started using it, even my clones reek.

it says right on the bottle, 1/4 teaspoon per gallon and the cap is one whole teaspoon. it also says on the bottle to add it when the soil is thirsty. this is the schedule i follow. hope it works because this is the first time ive used it.

I have recently switched from SuperThrive to BIO-GENSIS "Synergy" It cost me 5 bucks more and my plants look 10 times better.
The stalks are twice as thick.. Im really glad i listened to the grow shop guy when he said "You could buy Superthrive but I personally use this product Its the same thing but with more in it" I was skeptical I thought I was being sold on somthing I didn't need.
I took his advice and I will never doubt his advice again. Try it out Its all Organic. OMRI Tested,.,,,

We done a thread on it .it will be kicking around somewere. we done some research on its affects at producing females when admimnistered while germimg and early veg it never got finished though we got good results with it we didnt decide if it was its stress releaving properties cause you know stress early on can make more males but the results were defenetly positive actualy mobay swears by it and his female to male ratio is exellent but as said ,not to be used during flower definetly makes airey buds. be safe the postman.

I used superthrive at the recommended dosage on two separate occasions and it killed my plants both times. I don't recommend using it if you are a new grower

ahh good point. The recomended doeses dont suit cannabis sometimes but this is strain dependent .use at least half the dose.I found that more than efficient.good pointdeft.be safe the postman.

Somebody find that thread and go bump it.
I can't. I'm too high from smoking my Superthrive enhanced buds.

How often should I use it.
You can use it with every watering if you want. I hear you should only use it through veg though, and not in flowering. I can't remember the exact reasoning behind it.
But for veg, 1-2 drops per liter or gallon is plenty, maybe 1/4 tsp per gal when transplanting (to ease transplant shock). Its not a fertilizer, so using it often isn't going to harm your plants.
Edit: man I am way the fuck behind. stupid ad below the 1st post in the thread make me think it was the bottom of the page lol. I see everyone has already answered like 30 times lol
