ive got 3 plants under 120 watt ge plant light in miricle grow 3 month fertilzer and under 24 hour lighting till they get big then 1212 for budding is that good

the bulb u are useing might not be the right spectrum, you should try and get a few GE "daylight" 100s youre plants might stretch out

incandescent lighting is too hot, plus it's about as efficient as burning coal, you need more light.
