I think you should be aware that the concept of God is more than 2000 years old first of all. What kingdoms were Moses or Abraham lord of. I was unaware that either of these two individuals controlled any armys. In fact Moses wanted no part of God. Yet he felt a strong urge to move when God said to.

Why is it hard to believe in something you don't understand? Do you believe in science? Have you seen theories come to life? That takes some faith.

God is mindful of us, believe it.

the fact is there is evidence supporting both sides of the god or no god argument....but in the end its faith...just like with most things that arent even related to god...like evolution for example...is there tons of evidence for it? yes there is....does it seem very logical and even likely? yes i think so....is it proven fact? hell no, the last step is faith if you belive in evolution (i do by the way)

You don't have to be an insulting asshole. Any intelligent atheist would not say there is definitively no god, they simply make the argument that there is no logical reason to believe in him, and thus the diety "god" has no more validity than anything else the imagination can conjure up.

BTW, there's actual physical evidence for the big bang theory including galactic momentum and radiation patterns that point to certain types of movement and direction. Even if it's not the correct theory, the creator-of-the-universe award doesn't go to God by default.

You really have no conception of history do you? God belief, or gods, complete predates the Common Era. 2000? try more like 5000 to 7000. Metaphysical systems of belief have been around as long as recorded history.
In their most basic form they serve a simple function, they explain the visible world as part of a much larger picture.

And I also believe in the holy spirit which upon confirming to the Lord myself....That I wanted to give my life to serving his will....placed inside me..
