You could double pot them - cut the bottoms out of the pots they are in and put them in another, same sized pot about 1/2- 2/3 filled with fresh soil. This is what I do if I have to xplant in flowering, seems to work out well

I know it wont hermie ir harm them,if a plant needs to be transplanted its best to do so.After the 3rd or 4th week of 12/12 the stretch stops and the roots grow very little, but after 1 week they will grow quite a bit,I'd transplant.

I moved one of them yesterday to see what the end result would be. it is "lights out" right now, but it looked fine before bedtime. So I will probably move the others today when they wake up.

I've never had a problem transplanting in flower.
Give them nice soil and water ONCE with superthrive or transplant solution (not both! nooooo!).

I have now moved 2 of them...they seem fine still. I wish they would hurry up and show their sex...because one of them needs to die.
