iight. I have a test next week. I was wondering if anyone [that is well educated in fitness and physiology, not mythology] could help me out. I wiegh 160. I got a low body fat % and a high metabolizm. So I think im somewhat luucky.
My question is when you work out to so called burn fat cells, and in doing so hope to rid your body of more thc metabolites, does this repopulate your blood stream with thc metabolites?
Say it does do that. What happens next, do the thc metabolites just get reabsorbed into remainding fat cells??? I imagine the kidney will have to still process the thc.
But I might be wrong. if the thc is stored in your fat cells, and you excersise till the cows come home does that require your kidney to actually process thc metabolites, or are they broken down somewhere in the process of burning the fat cells????
I read a lotta posts today and didnt see excersize covered to well. If any folks have data or comments to add specifically regarding working out and its effect on thc storage.

ALSO: as far as the extent of my pot consumption id just like to let people know that if there was a level of use above and beyond chronic, thats me until 7 pm last night. im talkin i wake up at like 5 am ish and either waken bake or barf yellow-5. this morning sucked[no im not dope sick im just one of the few whom are dependent on weed that much]. i usually go through about 1/8 oz of good kind bud a day. What im saying is I probably could not be more saturated in THC.
lol im sure that there are some champs out there that got me beyond beat.:rasta:

I am feeling you completely on working out and sweating hoping that this helps our situation. I am not that knowledgeable at all about THC and how it is reduced in the body from working or or if working out helps at all but what I can tell you from reading on this forum is that if you are lean and have low body fat that the THC does not stay in your body a long time. I work out 3-4 days a week I do weights and followup with minimum 40-45 minutes of cardio and I drink water and watch my diet. I have a drug test on March 28th in the morning and I am going to follow N2 thread on dilution from the first threads posted on this forum. You mentioned about being a heavy post user and I think I am a heavy user myself, I have been smoking a joint or 2 daily for 2 months straight now and I just stop smoking on March 21st because of this damnnn drug test I have to take. My advice to you would be to stop smoking now ( Which I know is hard as hell) and keep working out and drink plenty of water and start on vitamin b vitamins. I have posted threads on here and someone by the name of Fakeboobs seem to really be knowledgeable about THC in the body and how it all works so hopefully they will reply to you and give you even more insight. Good Luck to you and count the days when the test is over and light one up and exhale..lmao

Yea, ima feelin the workout. whatever it takes to pass. Even take home test on day of test. I just talked to my friend who used quick tabs 1.5 days after a blunt, he smoke heavy too, and he passed with flying colors.
For now im sticking to dilution and not smoking. Emphisizing the work out too. If worst comes to worst I can have my brother take the test for me, well pee for me. Id be one who goes and swops.
I cant wait until I take this though, cause AS SOON as I know I passed ima roll up a spliff and turn myself into a 160 lb paperwieght :jointsmile: . LMAO.
To add to my prob , I dont know if its monday or later next week. How fun.

If you wanna be on the SUPER safe side, grab some Ready Clean, by Detoxify. I've passed 3 DTs using it and i'm a HEAVY smoker, lmao (multiple blunts/day). I'll vouch for it!

herbal cleanse quick tabs. Basically creatine, B complex, and a few other ingretiants. I actually found them somewhere online...most are just other herbs.
you take ten pills over a one hr period. allegedly after you take your last three, your clean for 4 hrs.
from what I gather, the success all boils down to dilution, not sure though, there may be more to it. my buddy shoulda failed if I were to guess.
if you google herbal cleanse tabs or quick tabs youll come up with the links to the sites that sell the product, or just go to GNC they carry them.
they just jealous they aint getting high.

Well the original poster has been banned but to answer his question, yes the exercise will help you eliminate THC metabolites from your body more quickly. This actually has been covered many times, sometime correctly sometimes not. In addition to the kidneys, the liver also metabolizes THC. I am short onn time so let me make this quick, aerobic exercise is helpful in eliminating THC metabolites and it should be stopped 3-5 days before the test because you don't want these extra metabolites ending up in the specimen cup.
For the following posts that claim energy drinks, detox drinks, vitamins, niacin, etc will help clean you out, none of that will help. The niacin myth is the biggest bunch of crap. The only product in a detox drink that is remotely helpful is soluble fiber. Go buy a bottle of Metamucil instead.

a monster is an energy drink. you can probably get them at any gas station. red bulls have a lot of vitamin b6 and b12 as well as niacin.

i wasnt even aware of what type of b3 was in energy drinks til you mentioend that.
