He is out of town for another 13 days & I have only looked after them for 3 days. He has two mothers, one is the super mother (Buddha Sister) which is beautiful, his pride and joy. The other mother is actually the grandmother, who has a healthy trunk; with two main branches. The one in trouble is about 11" from the soil, broke off. %$#%# now what? Its about the size of a over-sized tennis racket and she has lots of leaves, with cromes all over? Should I let it dry for awhile, then turn it into butter? Any suggestions for a nervous babysitter. lakrzy.

If its a mother.. It was probs in VEG mode... So there wouln't really be much THC on it.

I personally would throw it away. I have no use for leaves....

As well I would call him and tell him hes an idoit for letting you look after his plants.

Also your rant on the other post was not called for. you could have posted in this thread again. Bitching at people

you are the worst babysitter ever!!!

This sage advice comes from one of the most patient people around here.
There's no need to start a second thread on a subject just beacuse you feel no one is paying attention.

A broken stem can actually heal with enough duct tape and chopsticks.

Oh well good luck

As you may have noticed, I am a newbe. I joined this site for advice and thought I was running out of time to resolve the issue. I am also very very sorry for starting a new thread. My intention was not to piss on/off the regulars ,my blissful ignorance and my friends mother thank you. lakrzy.

The search engine here is great and a lot quicker than asking here for emergency advice, especially about something much has been written about in probably every major grow site around! No one is blowing you shit but rather educating you so if something else happens you might have a better outcome next time (assuming the broken branch is beyond saving now).

For instance, here's what a quick search for "broken branch" turned up...2 pages of info! http://boards.cannabis.com/search.php?searchid=1102962

I 'texted' my "MAN" & he laughed, only to tell me theres nothing to worry about. Wrap where the torn branch was with a paper towel; spray w/ a bit of H2o and she will heal on her own. I also went to my local plant store, where the woman showed me this green, healing tape; where she used stronger-like pipe cleaners that would have held the limb together. If the limb hadn't torn off all together.
