Bill Cosby is annoying. It's not that I hate him, he just bothers me. He's always so damn cheerful and preachy.......and a hypocrite. Anyway, he's on Larry King and loves patting himself on the back. :rastasmoke:

I'm not kidding. I couldn't make this shit up.
I have some of his old standup on vinyl somewhere, lol. As annoying as he may be, he and his wife are both outstanding citizens and a wonderful example, and their consistent support of education is impressive. My county really respects them as residents too. And that's rare for 'hosting' rich folk.

Agree'd ! He seems like he's got a lot of life experience under his belt.
As much as you may find him annoying, just think of what his opinion of you would be !

i like his standup, i dont pay any attention to all the bullshit side and moralist stuff he does because i know ill probably end up hating him and i like liking bill cosby more than hating him

I agree, I'm not a fan of his humor or anything, but he is a very intelligent and productive citizen. Certainly not someone who deserves to be bashed. I know he is disliked by most of the black community though for some comments he has made in the past...

I was on a off-season football team named The Bill Cosby Experiance.

We were the only highschool team in the league and got put in the league of adults. Almost every team but 2 of them were all black. I dont think they took to kindly to our name. Or the fact it had Bill Cosby's face on it eating jello.

That's probably why he moved there...tipping is low :p If they complained, they'd likely get fired.

A friend of mine used to drive a cab in NYC, and he had Cosby for a fare one night, and got stiffed. Cosby had some kind of excuse that he was ??a little short?.

There are online accounts by waitresses and waiters about his reputation for being a skinflint.

This man is MEGA-wealthy. The papers said that he paid $100,000 ??over the years? for the upkeep of his illegitimate daughter. Sounds pretty cheap to me - if he paid till she was 18 years old, that??s $5500 a year, or $105 a week. Five an a half thousand dollars a year to bill Cosby is nothing. A hundred thousand is nothing to him. That??s just the way he is - a cheapskate, and he's not funny.
