HELP BLEACHED OUT LEAVES!!!

Im runnign a flood and drain table and i got my plants in 4" rockwool, they started out late and had a bad veg cycle but when i put them on the table 3 days later they started to wilt and certain leaves started to turn bleach white. This concerns me alot, i think that the wilting is over watering but i cant figure out the bleached out white leaves..



Also i dont know if this is relavant but i found 3 rolly polly bugs in my drain... i dont think they are a nown predator for my plants but i seen absolutely none on my plants and these were big bugs....

I have the same problem with a tomato plant! I transplanted it from CFLs to my garden outside and within 5 days or so, half of the leaves had big white spots on them!

THRIPS! That is what I have found at the second one of these links :(
First one suggests it could be the soil.
