Just curious,

I plan on becoming an elementry school teacher. Im getting my liberal arts degree in American History and Politics. Im hoping to be able to teach kindergarten or first grade. Im a HUGE history and politics fan. It's weird too, I constantly watch the news, I love talking politics and I love learning anything that has to do with early American history...but im great at all History really...ok guys...i guess Im a geek.

Translating. i'm a Spanish major (and no, I am not Hispanic. english was my first language.) i currently volunteer at an outreach clinic for folks who can't affort insurance or cannot pay thier medical bills. about 30-40% of the patients speak little or no english, they are Hispanic. So I go to the clinic every wed-fri to translate for them. i love it, this is what i want to do with the rest of my life.

Right now I am going to school for a degree in Psychology. I would love to change my major to Nutrition, however my school doesn't offer that.

I want to have a career that is fulfilling..I want to help out children and adolescents...maybe foster kids or just in general at risk...

Might go for a minor in Criminology....

I'm not real sure, but I know I want to help people I think...or something...

I will confidently say that most of the hardest working people I know are stoners. The most efficient workers I know, are stoners.

It is amazing to me how many people look down upon cannabis.. yet here I am...going to a University full time...working full time making around 10$ an hour...I pay my bills....I have a good, happy social life...

Yet I know so many people who are so anti drug that are really the biggest morons I have ever met.

You're damn right. Most stoners who actually respect the herb are good for A LOT more than just punching in a clock. Lol I was actually baked during several of my performances as Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream, and that was generally considered the play's best acting. I told my friends I was baked and they didn't believe it; they said that herb would make someone forget their lines and fuck up all over the place, and start giggling.

Man, opening a restaurant sounds like a lot of stress and a lot of work.

My friends own the best pizza place in town, and the owner is there every night until like 1am...and he has a new baby at home.

Currently taking scuba diving classes and I am pretty close to getting my liscence, which will allow me to teach scuba diving.


I plan on saving up some more money and leave for Baja Cali/Mexico. There I can teach tourists and others to scuba dive. I will also work on web and graphic design projects and that should suffice me more than enough. Plenty of time for physical and mental training, fishing, diving, being with nature! (and grow my own weed). I will probably become fluent in spanish after some time and that will be great to add next to my french fluency. :thumbsup:

Then come back in the U.S. and KICK ASS !

Technical writer. There are some chill jobs that start you out a 60,000 as a tech writer. Comp's need people badly for that position, it usually pays well starting out, and I will get to have an office job.

I'm also thinking about going over to Germany, Amsterdam, or another area to teach English for a year after college. They need English speaking teachers and think it would be fun to live in another country for 6 months - a year.

I want to be a sex therapist. There is no real certification for them in Canada, so there are many regular psychologists or couples counsellors who are trying to pass themselves off as knowing about sex. They give out wrong advice to their patients, so that's where I step in. There are only a handful of legit sex therapists in BC, and even less in Alberta- but doctors agree there IS a need for them. So, I have combined my love of psychology with my love of sex and voila! Sex therapy came to mind.

I always wanted to have a career helping people, and I really think I can help out people by being a sex therapist. Whether we like it or not, sex can make or break a relationship. Oh, and I also plan on going around to schools teaching sex-ed in a fun manner while teaching REAL info (unlike the shit they teach in the US) to kids. Like as a volunteer thing. And eventually, I would like to have my own clinic, and then work out of my house when I get closer to retirement.

Hell yeah, I think this generation will abolish all of the neg stereotypes of stoner's. Oh I'm going to school for a degree in Political science and Philosophy which I hope to use as an entertainment attorney or a criminal attorney. All depends on how bad the war on drugs is during the next 7 years. Hell if cannabis is legal I wont get any business lol. Jk but the way Florida operates maybe i'm not.
