canna seeds

my friend bought some seeds off cannaseeds.com. this was over 2 weeks ago. the thing is they have taken the money and not sent them too him yet. the phone number on the site is not answering just a no number sort of beep, he has emailed them and got no reply. does anyone know if this seed bank has a good rep or has it gone bust or will it just be busy?:pimp:

even if they aint legit seeds are legal in the UK u can do something about it
