after four weeks veg the days have got shorter(miraculously) and this seems a nice place to observe any changes.
many a thread has contributed to set-up and technique.
3 had the tips off early(maybe too early but then ignorance is bliss:D ) and a little nutes. with a little LST help a couple have trained apart real nice. i can't wait...

this is one that went a bit freaky. it seems to have split into a bunch at the bottom.:wtf:

dunno what i did to the first few pics.. must have made a cock up somewhere.
last night's snaps and a closer look at my handicapped plant. i think i may have inadvertantly fimmed it.
the ones that i tipped really early and lst'd out to the sides have spread real nice and i'm thinking they will get excellent light. am wondering whether the weight on opposite main stalks will cause them to break???

Howdy do Flynn! Wowie, what a beautiful garden! You like those grow bags? Somebody else on here tried them...can't remember who offhand, and didn't like them. I'm undecided as to whether to try them or not.

mrs GJ:)
i won't use them again for sure. the biggest annoyance i had was that while the soil was still reasonably new, if you move the bags, all the soil moves around. gotta be hard on young roots.
all good now though. having only grown outdoor the growth is awesome and fun training them out:D .
they're better trained than my dogs! have been thinking i shoould try and leave them in one place and snap regular photos. could put em all together like a film.

so it seems they may all be girls. although one is a little sexually... unsure..
i'm very proud of them...they've done so well and will make daddy very happy one day.
you know it seems like just weeks ago the were born and opened their little eyes to the big bad world. now they're growing up soo fast

:D started with a dozen seeds and ended up with 7. they appear to be girls but i'm not certain on 3 of them. they grow so dang quick. they filling that area. i'm hoping the 400hps will do a good job on the second half of their life. seems to have worked well so far.

now i don't know if anyone but mrs gj pops in on my little thread, however i have a theory i want to throw out there.
i beleive that with a fully lined(mylar - everything except floor) grow room/box works better with the light up and away from the plants. this goes against everything people say on here however if mylar reflects 98% of light then by the amount of reflection the plants should see much better and more intense light. i ain't no pro so feel free to correct me. now i have had the light close and growing seems to slow slightly especially in the outer plants. as you raise the light the reflections go back and forth and peeping through the gap you're greeting by a very bright environment hwever low it's easy to look at. it also means less watering problems and no heat problems.
anyone interested? i wouldn't mind seeing a comparison except that would be very hard to do properly.

anybody????? could someone help me out. seems like everyone was real nice then all the nice ones vanished.
Hi flynn - dunno why everyone went ghost on you...looks like you have a nice little grow going here. While the one does look hermie on the very tip, at this late stage you might just trying clipping the balls off. I only saw one or two instances of them.. and it would be a shame to waste the whole plant. How much longer do they have to go?

FLYNN, You have a great set up going.
I have a footlocker that I made into a growbox with wall to wall mylar, 100 w hps fixture ( situated as high up as possible ). I only have 72 " to work with and I have one plant who has designs on breaking thru.. So I must try my hand at bondage. Continued success!!!!
