ive got a lack of funds at the mo so i wont be getting smoke for a while, if i dont toke, i end up lying in my bed wide awake trying to get to sleep
is there any way without taking sleeping tablets that you can get to sleep

i work out 3 days a week, i do carmen electra strip aerobics and i hate it, its just something that ya got to do.

my bad sorry didn't realize that was you but when you smoke weed your body uses energy to produce the high. out of weed? you still need to get rid of the energy. any sorta workout will work. sweatings usally a good indicator

Eat a big meal before bed or drink some Ovaltine! I had serious probs sleeping without a joint before bed as in I couldnt sleep. I got over it in about a week but had a few sleepless nights. Ovaltine is good though I only found out about it after and you know yourself if you eat a big meal you feel like a nap!

You can try to read before bed and see if that helps, also make sure your room in dark some people are distracted if they have the TV on.

Also melantonin will help, the body produces it naturally but sometimes you need a bit more

Eh I usually have a hard time falling a sleep... Sometimes ill just lay in bed for hours and hours and not get to sleep... some times not even sleeping at all. What I do is just say fuck it and I just lay there pretending to sleep.... at least my body is resting..... other than that all I can reccomend is just doing as much exercise as you can and then try and hit the bed and if that dosent work try reading a book ... if your like me and dont like to read books... go pick up a issue of high times and I like to read those mags and just read the mag and that might make u tired... anyways I hoped I helped a lil

any stretch of the legs usually works for me, but if exercise is out.. i'd go with some of the other suggestions above like the liquid or meal idea.. good luck man!

Same as me. Except I took pills too! Try benadryl if you are willing to take a pill. Really sedative, but don't take too many or you trip balls.

ahhahhaah, Alright man, im going to tell you about the best sleeping shit for me on earth. It's weed. But after that its nyquil. If I take 2 doses of nyquil my legs start to shake and I get really sleepy.

Try and be more active durring the day, even if its just taking stairs rather than the elevator. Before you go to bed try drinking a glass of milk (warm is optional). The protien and carbs in it do something to your brain that makes you sleepy. Anything with protein and carbs should work I think. Good luck. Not sleeping sucks.

I dont know. Chicken and turkey work. I think there has to be carbs too though. I dont think they have to be bread type carbs. I know the ones in milk work though because my teacher was talking about it as an example

I don't like to resort to taking pills to fall a sleep... but if I must... ill just gobble down a pill of xanax to fall a sleep but I don't recommend doing this because you can come dependent on using those pills to fall a sleep.. or at least i think you can.......

So your saying I should try this "melatonin" is it safe? Would it make me feal tired? and help me go to sleep?

It won't make you feel sleepy, it will just do the job that melatonin normally does in your body. Melatonin helps to reset your body clock, so to speak. It helps it feel later at night than it is, but not knock-you-out tired like Benadryl or Valium might do.

Yeah its very safe, it doesn't make me tired, but i just spray it like 10 min before i go to bed, then when i lay down to go to sleep, i easily can.

Your body secrete's melatonin from your pineal gland at night time, so its natural.

It's also a powerful antioxidant.


My doctor was the one who originally referred me to it.

Go try it and let me know if it works for you, i just bought it in a spray, and you spray it underneath your tounge, hold it for 30 seconds, swish and swallow.

cheers, aye i just got recently sacked from my job as a mechanic so im doin fuck all really during the day, plus sleeping untill lunchtime doesnae help, its like my body clock has adjusted to my new regime

If you can get ahold of some xanax, you'll sleep like a baby.

Otherwise take a warm bath, lie down with the lights out. A little meditation helps me relax enough to go to sleep.
