Chill out like a motherfucker, stick on some Cypress Hill and other trippy songs....Yesterday while sitting in a random tent I just lay there with my girlfriend, everybody else chilled out to.....goooood shit.
Make shadow puppets....that is hilarious for me...
Play with a pet....you seem to be able to understand them more when you are high. Normally my dog is hyper but when we smoke weed he knows just to chill out. Goldfish are the best thing ever to watch when your high....I love 'em!
Play a really scary video game....Ive been playing area 51 on the playstation 2 a lot when stoned with my friends and although the storyline is confusing even to sober people the actual game is amazing.

On that note... multitasking. Doing a bunch of stuff at once (exercising as many senses as possible at the same time) makes me feel terrific when I'm high.

Also, working out with light weights or doing pushups/situps and stuff can be pretty fun.

Also... talk to people, especially friends.

i agree with playing wow while high (i dont play better stoned though :( ).
my most favorite thing to do though is watch cartoon network's Adult Swim (to the point that i started smoking every night that it is on, 6/7 days a week, just because it is the greatest thing in the world)

ya dude WoW is sweet, it just takes to much damn time. I had this system set up where every 1/4th of a level on the grind from 60-70 i would reward myself with a bowl, and after i smoked i could just kill shit over and over lol and still be entertained, so i ended up doing it super fast. Just light up ,put on some sweet songs to zone out to, and just kill shit lol.
