ok so i stopped smoking for like 44 hours was planning longer but that didn't work out here was my problem while not smoking every time i saw/smelled food I'd get extremly nauses so couldn't eat i slept a total 3 hours waking up every half hour taking bout 10 minutes to fall back asleep at work what normal while "altered" takes 3-4 hours i did in 30 mins leaving me a small paycheck while walking up the stairs i was getting winded though oddly enough after smoking i can walk up them with no prob now though i am a lill more paranoid after smoking though i was slightly paranoid while "straight" just not as often so yea that was my sober period which leads me to beleive M.J. keeps me well rested, fed, and keeps me aware of my surroundings thats why i think i love the gurl :4:

that kinda sucks.... i mean i like to smoked weed but i also like to live my life... think about it? your not going to be able to enjoy jack shit except for weed unless your already baked. I highly suggest you chill with smoking for a bit so you can enjoy life more dude. I mean seriously what if somthing where to happen and you had to stop, then your life was like this. It'd be so much harder to cope with.

Holy crap, how much were you smoking per day? That's not good... if you're getting actual withdrawal symptoms you prolly need to lay off until those go away.

I mean, if I smoke for a week straight and I stop for a few days, I might feel a bit restless or get a headache for a few hours at one point, but nothing close to what you describe. If it's interfering with your life like that you gotta do something.

Yeah I got the same way. When I stopped smokin' I couldn't eat a lot at all The first two nights I couldn't get to sleep. I would wake up at like 12 am and never get back to sleep. I never did have that much of an appetite that's why I like weed so much when it comes to eating because it always gives me an appetite and make food better. I know I should take another break because...well I need it but I really don't want to end up waking up from not being able to get sleep and I don't want to get sick every time a take just a little bite of food. After a few days everything is better but the appetite prob for me is still there.

btw you mentioned being winded walking up the stairs..well cig's don't help :p.
