i try to imagine at any given moment how many folks are smoking in the immediate area. right now... i'm thinking maybe 5 or 10. cause the weather's so nasty and its the last day before spring break

Most of the people that live in Norfolk Virginia and the surrounding areas smoke at least every once in a while. The normal people at least.

Most of the people who are near my age (I am 21) smoke pot, or have at least tried it before. It is very difficult to find people who have never smoked pot before.
